Okay I know the second statement from him is the main point but I can’t just leave the first one be. Where the fuck is that a “tight parking garage”??? Ay parking garage that fits a cyber truck is not a “tight parking garage”. You can easily park 2 cars in that spot wtf

I think he’s just admitting he’s a bad driver. I’ve backed trailers into tighter spaces.

Very first thing I thought too. Absolutely mental to call that a tight parking spot.

The cyber truck is a piece of shit. Tesla is an F-tier car maker and Elon can go fuck himself… but like this guy is just being considerate with this. If it’s not meant for walking, and it’s just crossed out due to issues with the building/garage design, then just scoot over a bit to give everyone else some space.

It’s as much self preservation, but I think it’s a no brainer here. You’re not being a dick going over on that side imo.

Not that you need to be afraid of someone dooring your stainless behemoth in the first place unless you don’t want to have to wipe their paint off your’s.

Yeah, having them repaired is going to be a nightmare.

Deloreans had a similar problem. Dents and scratches couldn’t be repaired with traditional bodywork techniques. They had a special Brillo/scotchbrite pad that would put the texture back into metal if you buffed it too hard.

I can’t imagine how embarrassing it would be to drive one of these. Like the rich man’s Pontiac Aztek.

Now listen here bucko, the Pontiac Aztek might be the (now second) ugliest thing to ever wander the Earth on wheels but at least it was a competent, if expensive, crossover.

This monstrosity has no saving grace other than telling other people that the driver sucks.

Hey :( </3 Don’t be mean to Truck! I love my little '03 Ford Ranger.

He’s got power windows and power locks and air conditioning, and he’s been so good to me and totally low-maintenance even after years of total neglect during my depression phase. I firmly believe he will be with me forever. I’ve been told he’s got a bit of “late 90s Ford Explorer”-face, but I think it’s handsome.

I souped him up myself with some nice fresh upper control arms and ball joints after he was getting a little squeaky in the suspension region, and I think he really liked it. I pat him on the steering wheel and call him a good truck every time he starts up perfectly (every time!!)

And by god, he’s a thousand times better than those Cybertrucks. I always laugh a bit when I see them (rarely, fortunately) and tell Truck I’m happy he’s so much better than those low-poly hunks of junk.

I am not a huge fan of the cybertruck, Elon, or Tesla but imo that Volkswagen looks exactly like a toy. I don’t like it at all.

I personally don’t think the cybertruck looks like a toy, it just looks weird and way too big. I don’t really see the problem with the taillights except that they are way too high up.

I also don’t think they made the cybertruck because they don’t know how to make a futuristic car. They have competent designers that know how to make a imo decent looking car.

They (quite likely being forced by Elon) just wanted to create a unique car. It’s likely that the design goal always was “a geometric stainless steel car” and not something they came up with after.

I personally think stainless steel cars look really cool, whether it’s practical or not I don’t know. A geometric car sound like it could be cool but this ain’t it.

Those lines aren’t for a handicapped spot, so honestly, more power to him. It’s dead space bc of the pillar.

Yeah, whenever you have dead space on one side you hug that side to give more space to both you and the person on the other side.

Last spot on the aisle, curb, pillar between spots, cart return, whatever.

Being a cybertruck driver he’s almost certainly a douche, but this isn’t why he’s a douche.

The yellow hash isn’t protecting anything, such as a handicap space or a walkway. It’s just saying this one isn’t a parking spot because of the big pole in the middle.

Maybe if you’re blocking the driver’s side, but it’s the passenger side that would be blocked. Worse case, they back out and then their passenger(s) get in.

Without it people would honestly see space between two cars and hit the pole. The yellow hashes are there because drivers honestly do hit these poles if the hashes aren’t there because drivers are looking for space between cars and sometimes don’t register the relatively small pole

this truck reminds me of computer games from 25 years ago when the 3D graphics was just starting to be popular
