Citing the movie “Gangs of New York,” JD Vance, the Republican vice-presidential nominee, said that immigration would create “ethnic enclaves” that spur violence and crime.

Really weird to base your belief system on a lie, and double down when it’s exposed.

Hey NYT.

If his claims are “unsubstantiated” then he can’t be defending them. They are lies, he lied, and he repeated his lies.
