Staff and guests? Will they all have to vacate with no notice if the property gets seized on Monday 3/25/24?
I was reading about this the other day. The agreement Trump made with Palm Beach to turn Mar-a-lago from a “residence” to a “club” means the only people allowed to live there more than a couple of weeks are employees (think live-in property manager, etc.). So the fig leaf that gives Palm Beach an excuse not to kick Trump out is that on paper he’s a handyman or something, LOL.
I’m not sure about it, but hopefully that status also eliminates protecting the property as a primary residence during bankruptcy…

Why would this be true?

Palm Beach Post suggests the Full Faith and Credit clause of the constitution disagrees with you.
The Sun Sentinel does suggest James would have to ask Florida courts to grant the lien or the foreclosure.
All the other major news sources barely contend with the idea that a state could simply deny a lawful court order of another.

It’s worth citing that this would not be routine for you or me. It would not be normal for any state to delay this and plenty of states would not
His golf courses in Scotland are up for seizure, somehow I doubt that “States Rights” trumps international or federal law.

Great. He’s just going to “go bankrupt” for the zillionth time and suffer no consequences

So? Does it actually matter to these pricks? They have some excuse of some thing and find something somewhere and get back on their feet.
Alex Jones went bankrupt, I don’t see him failing.
