My application to be a member of the party has been accepted! This Sunday, I’ll be attending my first ever meeting! Such a joyous occasion.
Éljen a munkáspárt! 🚩🇭🇺
Guess who just got an eviction notice. Death to landlords.
Death to landlords, of course. I wish you luck in finding a better place to live 🫡
Thank you comrade, its tough out here
May Mao watch over you. May all landleeches die and their ill-owned property redistributed to those who’d actually live there.
im so sorry comrade, i wish you the best of luck, and all future revenge
I pandered buying a commie pin for my backpack, but I’m trying not to get hatecrimed and I already have a high risk being a femboy.
If you get a red star you can just say “what no it’s just a cool star”
You can say it’s the Macy’s logo. Just a big fan of the store
Tell them it gives you VIP access and a 10% discount on all items and watch how many people get their own red star pin.
Where do you even get a hold of communist pins? I’ve debated getting some myself (subtle as I don’t want to be attacked) but I don’t know where would be good to get them.
You can find some on websites like Temu, but they won’t be named “communism”. I found one here. I’ve noticed they frequently get resold with a big margin on western sites. This way you will directly pay the producer.
CW: deteriorating mental health, depressive tendencies
My mental health has deteriorated horribly since uni started back in September. I hate university so much and I don’t think it will ever be a good experience for me, since I’m not a very sociable person and I find myself very irritable lately…
I want to find an alternative (my main interests are the gym and programming) that at least gives me enough money to live, because I’ve accepted I will never be happy. However, my parents seem to hate that idea and have tried their hardest to keep me from dropping out. It’s been hard.
With that being said, hope you all have had a good week!
I’m gonna be real. I’m getting tired of seeing news articles about things that are obviously going to be happening under capitalism.
Yes they are privatizing everything. Yes they are killing everything and everyone.etc etc etc.
Is there a community, or an interest at all, where we can post something and talk about praxis?
So instead of “they are ruining healthcare!”. Could maybe have at least one community where it’s:
They are ruining healthcare (article) and my town and I have started organizing against it.
Or : there are so many homeless! (Article) we started this mutual aid group. Any advice?
I just think it can become a distraction from real action constantly reinforcing what we know, without an effort or recognition of each other’s praxis.
I get where your coming from but I’d also like to point out that for me personally these articles come in pretty handy when I’m discussing these things that we know will happen with friends that don’t. They’re a useful tool to back up my arguments when I try radicalizing people, as it’s helpful to be able to point to specific instance where these things are happening right now, in an effort to convince others that theories established long ago are correct.
You’re right of course. I suppose it’s frustrating knowing there are dozens of us and we don’t have a place to share successes and failures of praxis. Maybe I have internalized the sentiment that social media is a distraction from action.
So I was walking through the city this evening when a guy started talking to me. Thinking he was some sort of street sales person fot whatever internet company or something, I politely told him to leave me alone. But then he said he was collecting money for Palestine and I felt bad. He was raising money to send water filters to Gaza. I donated of course but I still felt shit lol.
Gotta respect to the people who sneak into buses through the back door.
Every time a chinese company release an LLM, there are fkn libs always asking it about tankman and posting its response. I’m fkn sick of it.
give me some disasters US wants to cover up and i’ll ask western llms?
The first thing that came to mind is the MOVE bombings
The thing is all the llms spit out something even for MOVE bombings. I need something that is clearly wrong/censored, not up to date but came out recently due to declassification
What do they say about Assange? Or the stuff Texas is doing to refugees at the border?
Julian Assange, through WikiLeaks, released various documents, videos, and diplomatic cables that provided the public with information on a range of topics, including the practices of the United States military and government. Among the most notable releases were:
Collateral Murder Video (April 2010): WikiLeaks published gun camera footage of a July 2007 airstrike in Baghdad in which Iraqi journalists were killed by an Apache helicopter, along with other civilians. The video raised significant public concern about the conduct of U.S. forces in Iraq, with many people viewing the incident as a war crime.
Afghanistan War Logs (July 2010): These were a compilation of more than 76,900 documents that detailed the war in Afghanistan. The logs included reports of civilian casualties and evidence of the challenges faced by soldiers on the ground, which were not widely reported in the public domain.
Iraq War Logs (October 2010): This release contained nearly 400,000 military logs from the Iraq War, which also documented civilian deaths and instances of torture by Iraqi forces that were known to the U.S. military.
CableGate (November 2010): WikiLeaks released a trove of diplomatic cables that included candid assessments of foreign leaders and blunt descriptions of U.S. diplomacy.
Some of these disclosures did reveal information that many people, including human rights activists and journalists, argue exposed potential war crimes and abuses of power. Critics argue that the release of this information was in the public interest, as it provided transparency regarding matters that have significant moral, legal, and political implications.
However, the U.S. government has argued that the release of classified information by WikiLeaks endangered lives by exposing the identities of informants and compromising national security. This has been the basis for the legal actions taken against Assange, including his indictment on charges of conspiracy to commit computer intrusion, rather than the act of publishing sensitive material.
The debate around Assange’s actions involves complex discussions about the balance between national security, the public’s right to know, and the protection of whistleblowers versus the legal boundaries of classified information.
Hmmm I see that the robot didn’t say anything about jurisdiction. Assange isn’t American nor was he on American territory when he published the information. Siding with the US government on this case is effectively giving American courts the power to govern the entire planet.
You could try asking about the details here.
whats the picture of?
I believe the person on the left is George Habash, the founder of the PFLP. On the right is an obscure Cuban revolutionary called F. Alejandro C. Ruz
He might be obscure but atleast use the correct title, Dr. F. Alejandro C. Ruz.
my apologies to Dr. Ruz 🙏
you listen to a song that mentions him all the time yet you don’t know George Habash?
WAIT YEAH OKAY THATS THE SAME ONE I REMEMBER NOW
I hope you all have a nice week :D

Tempted to start calling Dutch libs who are against farmers protests genocide deniers like they do with the Holodomor
Drone was intercepted near Dzerzjinsk last night. Yes, it is named after Felix Dzerzjinsky. No, it’s nowhere near the Ukrainian border. If fact it’s further away than Moscow.
The Dutch socialist sub is having a proper funny infighting session this week. Two or three MLs (though they seem to be ultras actually) are constantly starting shit about NATO being evil and the socdems and libs are getting mad about it.
Shows how far from socialism The Netherlands is.
Rare ultra W tbh. If the succdems want “NATO with socialist characteristics” then fuck everything they stand for.
Is the dutch socialist sub poldersocialism? I browsed it a couple times but it looked like you got downvoted for talking positive about lenin or the USSR so I stopped browsing
Yup
I am gonna browse it look for a comment I think is your and upvote it
Update: I found a post and I think it is yours so I upvoted itWho do you think is me

I just finished this very good video of a dutch sociologist exposing how dutch socdems are a imperialist war force in service of NATO (and how NATO destroyed Yugoslavia) https://youtu.be/xhmTqS2o6Q0
I found a YouTube link in your comment. Here are links to the same video on alternative frontends that protect your privacy:
Was just watching the new Coaster College video about the roller coaster accident that happened in a park in Shenzhen last October, and while the video was good, man, so many of the comments are exactly what you’d expect about anything related to China
The funniest ones were the “made in China” ones, when the coaster in question was made by a US company 😂
It’s also pretty funny for people to act like there’s fewer repercussions for Chinese companies for this kind of thing, when the video even mentions that the investigators sent by the city directly recommended criminal charges against multiple managers from the park in question, which is wild when these sorts of accidents in the US almost never result in anything resembling criminal charges, usually the people responsible don’t even face any consequences
It’s also interesting to see people mention it as being unusual that the Chinese government is so open about something (since the investigation info is available to the public), unfortunately I doubt they’ll look at this and question anything else they’ve been told about China’s government
