Tulsi Gabbard’s history with Russia is even more concerning than you think - eviltoast

Summary

Tulsi Gabbard, Donald Trump’s pick for Director of National Intelligence, has a history of promoting Russian propaganda and defending authoritarian leaders like Syria’s Bashar al-Assad and Vladimir Putin.

Critics cite her support for Russia’s actions in Syria and Ukraine, as well as her embrace of Kremlin-backed conspiracy theories, raising concerns about her fitness for the DNI role.

Intelligence experts warn her appointment could strain relationships with U.S. allies and compromise national security due to her susceptibility to misinformation and lack of extensive national security expertise required by law.

Given how things have been going with the republicans recently, I’m not entirely convinced that “kompromat” would even be garunteed to work on them anymore. If they can seemingly get away without serious consequences for virtually anything, what kind of threat does releasing incriminating information even become?

Yeah it’s less fear of kompromat and more fear of the machine they’ve created that feeds millions of idiots.

Blackmail is the first step, to get them to comply.

Next comes the bribes and money. That’s what the Republicans are addicted to and afraid of losing. Russia spends a LOT of money on a LOT of politicians, and they step out of line, the faucet gets turned off.

After the bribes come the subtle threats and constant low-key demonstrations of power. This is where Russia notices someone is toeing the line or stepping out of control and they reign them back in with a well-placed threat delivered in a way even Boebert can understand. This is the “we picked your kids up at school and dropped them off at their grandparents house today” kind of thing.

They’re in deep and can’t get out without serious harm to themselves and probably their families. I’d feel sorry for them, but they’re all a bunch of shithead traitors who did this to themselves, and are now destroying our country.

“Al-Qaeda attacked us on 9/11 and must be defeated. Obama won’t bomb them in Syria. Putin did. #neverforget911,” she wrote on Twitter.

    Just what the fuck

“Never forget”? Osama bin Laden. Ring a bell? Taliban working with al-Qaeda? The whole basis of the war with Afghanistan?

Meanwhile Trump invites the Taliban to Camp David and not a fucking peep.

We are being governed by absolute brain dead puppets of our worst enemies.

I met her about 9 years ago or so in NYC through a friend of mine over coffee. At the time she was a democrat with strong views about war, given her past experiences that made sense.

Now she is fully unhinged. Sad to see these people who are so willing to change allegiances just to acquire some semblance of power.

One question comes to mind: what kind of qualifications make her being selected for this position.

The only ones so far are her potential tires to Russia. There’s literally nothing else.

No. It’s more concerning than those who don’t think believe.

To anyone with half a mind that works, every one of the traitor-in-chief elects picks are existential threats.

It’s not the Democrats’ fault that everyone in Trump’s circle is a Russian stooge.

Sorry if you can’t see it. Reality has a liberal bias and all that.

Read the fucking Mueller Report. Both volumes.

Volume I is conspiracy and coordination.

Volume II is obstruction of justice.

Innocent people do not act like this.

You’re hellbent on being willfully blind. Most of us ONLY talk about factual reports and investigations when we talk about someone. Stop hiding in your shell and being afraid of alienating your social circles with viewpoints they probably won’t agree with.

      Wake up.
