  • I’m sure. They had us register our dogs to make sure they’re vaccinated and in good standing. There’s probably about a dozen dogs on our floor and more in our building. It’s Seattle, so there’s more dogs than kids, and dogs are allowed inside a lot of breweries/restaurants if they’re well behaved. As I write this, I’m at a brewery with 3 dogs inside (no idea how many are outside).

  • Amazon allows and even encourages dogs. They aren’t allowed in meeting rooms or other shared spaces like the kitchen or cafe. I bring my girl in 4 days a week. She stays tethered to my desk, but maybe I’ll get a dog gate for my whole aisle if everyone is fine with it since everyone on my team likes her.

Edit: cool, so, lemmy is anti dog. I live in a super dog friendly city, so it makes sense for me. It may not make sense for y’all. No worries. :)

iPhone has added the new camera action button with the 16. With a light touch (while active) it has a menu pop up and with a harder press, it has haptic feedback. As you put your finger over where the buttons are, there could be a little pop up on the side, and then a press would be haptic. They’ve already started experimenting with having the black bar on the side of the screen indent slightly when any side button is pressed.
