Ukrainian "Baba Yaga" equipped with repeaters carrying two FPV drones. - eviltoast

“Baba Yaga” is in touch… ZSU began to use a heavy drone to move 2-fpv and possibly (4), a large drone works as a repeater, this allows to increase the communication range with the pilot’s console and destroy occupiers at large distances.

You’re an American, posting about Russian car culture and how people behave there?

Weird. Why’d you choose to move to Russia, as an American?

Oh jeez, that’s what you think is suspicious? 🙄

First of all, no, I don’t live in Russia, and sure as Hell don’t want to. Frankly, I’m fucking pissed that dipshit MAGA traitors have basically brought Russia to me!

Second, that video went viral (especially among r/fuckcars sorts of people) years ago; it’s not suspicious for a non-Russian to know about it.

Third, attacking drivers for being entitled pieces of shit is exactly the opposite of “car culture.” And a good idea is a good idea; sorry not sorry.

So the city that installed those plastic barriers.

Which city was that again? An American one?

          Yes, Atlanta.

Look, never mind – it was a dumb thing to ask about anyway. I’m just concerned by recent events here in the US, and considering all possibilities. Bottom line is, I’m not an enemy of Ukraine.

I mean, I was joking in the beginning of the thread, but then it looked like you had translated the thing personally when you answered to the person asking “can someone translate the stickers”.

But yeah, I am actually concerned that some people who support Ukraine will share some videos like this that there is no need to share, as it will only give Russia intel. While we might be curious about Ukraine, Russia definitely is, and we don’t really need to sate our curiosity with this if it helps Ukraine, imo.

              Nope, just a quick search:

The main trick was that I still remembered the name of the movement (in English) from hearing about it years ago.

Yeah, you’re right – for now, at least, Ukraine’s problems are much more immediate. I just wanted to be prepared.

Yeah that’s why I said “looked like”.

You gonna start building these motherfuckers in your garage, lol? edit I mean, it would be interesting. But…

Maybe? That’s kinda why I wanted more info.

I mean, not the big one, but maybe one of the little FPV ones (sans armament, obviously). These things are apparently made mostly of consumer-off-the-shelf parts and assembled by volunteers, after all. Besides, I’ve been thinking of getting into DIY drone flying as a hobby anyway, and I figured anything good enough for combat in Ukraine would have a pretty good price/capability ratio.
