My polling place had none of the contest stickers, I was so disappointed
As an outsider viewing in from all, I have to say these stickers are so fucking cool! Was there some kind of a contest to have kids draw pictures and finalists were picked? Does this always happen in Michigan?
Yup, there was a contest. I think it was our first time, and I honestly think that it’s had a degree of impact on voter turnout, specifically because people fucking love the werewolf one.
They were out of it when I dropped my ballot off, and I’m actively a little sad about not getting that sticker.
I voted by mail and didn’t get a single sticker. My life is in shambles.
I voted in person last election and they “ran out” of stickers. I feel ya deeply.
Were I a Michigander, I’d choose either the trout or the wide-eyed dog. But they are all super rad.
The dog(?) one is my fav too.
I didn’t know about the fish… I want it.
I guess first order of business is to get rid of the electoral college so other states matter, but second order of business is every state gets badass stickers.
