    “Okay okay, fine, you can abort unwanted embryos, but the state should still get to count them as possible population so I can extract power from the nation based upon your existence. Lets compromise on this. How about I get to count 3 of every 5 abortions as population so I get power and you get to keep control of your body. We’ll call it the 3/5ths compromise.
