    It probably has moisture, dry it in an old food dehydrator from goodwill or get a filament dryer.

      Yeah it’s been unused for 3 years and started it’s life in swamp land so definitely wet. They are in the toaster oven on the dehydrate setting just unfortunately have to do that for every single roll except the single unopened solutech I had left.
