look im not a genius as some of these PhDs but i think the solution is a lot simpler than they think
- pay your employees more money
- stop overworking them
maybe also some social safety nets for society. Like a system where you get people who want to do the particular job instead of have to.
But, then how will I afford my third solid gold toilet?
