They get unnecessarily VIOLENTLY angry if you address how other political issues are also important.
They are rabid, and do not have ‘chill’ mode. It’s impossible talking to them at all. They also force their beliefs about using public transportation on everyone when they don’t take into account that not everyone lives in a city.
Also, they fail to acknowledge that public transportation is not safe.
Listen, I get that climate change is a thing. But it’s not THEE ultimate and almighty issue.
The start of water wars is just around the corner. It’s going to happen. Just look at the Nile and the dam situation right now.
The only way to save the environment is to get every country to enforce environmental regulations, even at their own economic disadvantage. And that’s not something people volunteer to do. So it need some powerful global entity that could enforce environmental rules… And that’s a hard sell as well.
On the bright side world war II actually resulted in a global cooling for 5 years. So maybe world war III will be as beneficial, if we survive it.
