He was apparently lucid and intentional. He was just a violent racist that got whipped up by conservative media and politicians, and radicalized to kill Americans.
Everyone can see this coming from conservative rhetoric and they are proud of it.

I thought so too, but he had been involuntarily held for mental health crisis for likely just a few days when he was 15, and he wrote a massive fucking manifesto. Stochastic terrorism is real, but I think in that case it affected someone who had screws loose.
This was a hateful and insane racist, I suspect the intentions of this shooting above to be less extreme.

Okay, so what gun laws are we changing so that “hateful racists with screws loose” can’t maximize their violence with minimal effort?
Because if you look back through the parade of mass shooters, the overwhelming majority had both clear warning signs and legal firearms.
