The charges against Hunter Biden stemmed from paperwork he filled out when he bought a handgun nearly six years ago, when prosecutors say he was addicted to crack cocaine.
Because using felony convictions to punish people can easily be weaponized against minorities. They can also be ignored when it comes to rich white guys.
