My limiting factor is not lack of trays, but lack of oven. It ain’t big
You only need 4. 1 for each shelf. Take 2 out, put 2 trays in. While baking, transfer hot biscuits to wire cooling rack. Load up new trays. Endless biscuits
Some of the bickies I do have prints and should be chilled. Put trays to 6. But yeah I exaggerate 😝
