I will read the post where he admitted he lied when you show it to me. I see no reason to re-read the entire thread to find out whether or not he really did. I certainly don’t remember him doing so.

Someone claimed that eating good, working out, and sleeping more actively hurt them.
This didn’t actively hurt them, and they admitted this.
