Also the fact these flags are usually cheap as fuck synthetic materials that would literally melt if you ironed them. My actual cotton ones lost the creases on their own. The cheap plastic ones look like I just put them up today the creases are still that crisp.
Bachelor hack: heat some water in a pot on the stove, and use it to iron your clothes. For a synthetic material like this, you’ll definitely want to keep it well below boiling, though.

Even cheap shitty irons have settings for synthetics.
Toss it in the dryer on low, that’ll get wrinkles out.

My sister got a heat gun for art stuff… I wonder if that would work. Or just a hair blow drier which we have. The creases do kinda bug me.
Just get an iron. They can’t be expensive.
You can spray water on it with a spray bottle and shake it out to get rid of most wrinkles (works great on clothes but never tried flags)
