West Virginia saw dozens of anti-trans bills proposed in 2024, including a bill to close an exception allow some trans youth to obtain care. Now, virtually all of those bills are dead.
I just can’t with these people. Let’s take away abortion rights but pretend that discriminating against trans people supports women’s rights. So glad none of this bullshit passed.
I would hope that was among the proposed amendments. If it’s going to be called a Women’s Bill of Rights, might as well stick some actual women’s rights in there.
