I don’t have faith in the SCOTUS to not fuck this up, but the law looks to be written pretty explicitly in favor of the veto referenda. Being that there’s no accountability for SC justices, they wouldn’t have to justify why they voted in favour of Hoskins, but if they did, I can’t see any valid argument, or really even any false arguments.
