Oddly enough the US Supreme Court took Charles’ arguments to heart by ruling that the President is immune from prosecution for any official acts he takes while in office.
As far as I know, Charles never committed any other acts of treason after that, so maybe it can work for molesting children too.
I heard he’s actually in trouble for financial stuff, not the sexual stuff.
(I have not verified this, so I might be wrong)
