    The blackmail thing I agree with but I do find it funny that people from a country that spent 20 years bombing kids in the desert never cared about those kids then but now suddenly they’re so moral.

        you have to give each case the same amount of attention. it’s hypocritical to care about these women but then not talk about the way larger group of women that faced way worse from the US army

            People should focus more on issues that matter. Like UBI or the employment crisis. I wouldn’t be surprised if this is being used as a distraction by politicians so they don’t have to address real problems. It’s like rome’s bread and circuses.

                I don’t really care about this story. I just think people treat it more like tabloid news. And even if I was upset, what exactly am I going to do about it? I’m an ordinary citizen. I’d be better off worrying about problems that affect me in my day to day life then about this crime which happened 20 years ago and most of the victims have been paid off handsomely. Plus ghislane maxwell is in prison and epstein is dead. What more justice can they get?
