Is that like one of those things where they mail you a “key” and say that if your key starts the car you can have it? How does that box work?

The box is super simple, it’s just an LED that illuminates a piece of plastic with the number on it. I got one of these a few years ago and everyone else I knew that got one had the exact same number. It’s a scam to get dumb people to come down to the dealership.

I went once. My wife and I were bored and it said that I had won a new TV. Typically I just toss them as bullshit, but for whatever reason, this one just seemed more legit than most. (spoiler: it wasn’t)

We showed up and they started selling us a car. I just said, I’m here for my prize, I have a car. Ok, then we’ll need to ask you a few questions first. They needed my Name and address to send even MORE mailings, and then qualifying questions for my car needs.

I told them again, I just wanted the prize, so they tell me that I have to spin the wheel. I won $2. Just like everyone else who showed up.

For some reason these mailers think there are two different people at my apartment or something idk, so I always get two and they are always exactly the same (of course). So I always get 3 cherries in a line or whatever the gimmick is lol
