Yeah! You have to walk up 203 stairs though. It’s only like 3€ to go up and is totally worth it. I thought it was way better than the top of Eiffel tower.
Everything is so small from the top of the Eifell tower, it’s super crowded, and, most importantly, you can’t see the Eiffel tower when you’re standing on top of it.
When we visited we did the arc de triumph and it was really cool for that very reason. We only saw the tower from the trocadero instead of going up it.

Fair point haha. I used to live in Paris and can confirm it never really gets old seeing the Tower, especially at night.
