tl;dr: “Don’t do that.” No consequences, no mention of specific potential future consequences for violating this motion.

    Fuck it, I give up.

It doesn’t mention consequences because the judge shouldn’t need to mention them. Trump’s lawyers are responsible for informing him of the potential consequences and those consequences will be determined by the judge based on the severity of the infraction.

I do believe that if Trump elwere to blatantly violate this order, the judge would be forced to impose a penalty. So far the judge is trying to walk a fine line to avoid providing fodder for appeals.

His whole game is delay, delay, delay, and the judge knows that, so I completely agree that the slow, methodical grind is intentional.

Really? Because he violated that order about four seconds after he left that courtroom and she has done exactly nothing about it. Neither has any of the other judges who have also been and continue to be repeatedly attacked. Ever seen this scene from Demolition man? That’s where we are right now.

How did he violate the order? I saw his comments. He danced right along the line of the order without crossing it from what I could tell.

I’m not because I want to believe Democracy and the rule of Law ultimately will prevail (because if not we’re screwed) but I totally understand your cynicism. Over and over he dodges consequences. It’s infuriating.
