      Texas has the highest use of renewables than any state in the US… they produce about 20% of all the renewables in the US alone… Texas makes about 3 times as much renewable energy than all of Germany. Weird thing to say

        Except that’s bollocks, isn’t it. Do you have a source that shows Texas produces three times as much renewable energy as Germany?

        10 seconds of googling told me that germany produces around 240 TWh of renewable energy per year while texas produces around 133. If you have sources to the contrary feel free to provide them though.
