Any chance piefed works with Lemmy clients, or has their own in the works? Would rather move away from software maintained by people kissing the ring of autocrats, but don’t want to be stuck with web only.
I regularly call out and report them whenever I see them, and it’s honestly really funny how bent out of shape it makes them. They genuinely seem to believe yelling at strangers on a tiny social media platform is somehow beneficial to Palestinians, instead of doing anything more productive with their time like actually going out and protesting or donating to their causes.
I feel sorry for him, honestly. I love a good troll as much as anybody, but he wastes so much of his time. He spends all this time typing up shit, making new accounts, using new ips, switching lemmy’s, etc, meanwhile it just takes two clicks to undo all of that progress.
Yeah, and I don’t mind the messages either. It’s honestly hilarious (and sad) that someone would make 4 accounts to yell at me for something I said days ago. It really shows how pathetic, petty, and worthless this person truly is, and I’m perfectly content to point and laugh whenever I see it.
If he’s willing to stick to just one account and not make any more, then I’m okay with him engaging so long as he follows the rules. Of course, he’ll have to promise that.
