    That first snippet about the police just declining to arrest a guy could really use some more context. Did PSR show up and de-escalate? Did local residents calm the guy and tell the police to fuck off? Kind of leaves things open-ended without more clarification.

    Ladd’s 500 was rad 500 this year. So many people. I had a blast but did not do 500 laps.
