Vaping long term will almost certainly not fuck you up as much as smoking.
I still smoke “analogs” occasionally because that instant nicotine hit is something else, but I stopped having them regularly a few months ago and my lungs are already feeling better.
As for the bomb thing, buy stuff that is (actually, there are fakes) UE certified and you’re good.
Vapes actually contain more nicotine than cigarettes (like juuls and shit at least. The custom vapes you can probably make it whatever strength you want), so you’re getting more of an instant hit of nicotine with like a juul than you are with a cigarette. Once you realize that, you see how wasteful cigarettes are in terms of delivering a massive dose of cancer causing chemicals vs. the small amount of nicotine you’re actually absorbing. Vaping gives you way more nicotine delivery but also way less cancer causing chemicals. There is really zero reason to smoke cigarettes anymore. They’re just stupid.
Edit: disclaimer is vaping def isn’t good for you. But it’s better than smoking, probably substantially better.

Already did. All the new serious (and not tied to cigarettes lobbies) research I can find still says the same stuff, basically cautiously stating that vaping is still harmful in the long term but appears to be safer than smoking

True. But I have a very low dosage since I only smoked like 6 cigarettes a day.
