Unions don't owe their existence to labor laws. Rather, labor laws exist because once-illegal unions were formed in the teeth of violent suppression, and those unions demanded - and got - labor law. - eviltoast

    Curtis Marvin, one of the main silicon valley “intellectuals” inspiring Peter Thiel does not seem to understand where the word parliament comes from. He criticizes the royalty of Europe for giving their subjects too much power.
