No it wouldn’t. He already said he wants to move to a direct grant model. Red states get more, blue states get nothing unless they make conservative concessions.

No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
