Does anyone have recommendations for couriers they use to ship things interstate?

I’m looking to buy a device second hand from interstate. Some may come in a box some might not but it can weigh up to 20kg and in a (relatively) decent sized box ~(70cmx40cmx40cm)

Are there services that pick up from the persons house or would they have to go into a place to ship it off? They tend to stay on the market for a while so I’m sure the person wouldn’t mind.

I tried looking into backloading but it seems like too much trouble for minimal savings. Looked at courier sites and wasn’t sure if I was doing it correctly but it was estimating ~$80 which is actually not too bad. Would much rather go off of recommendations. My concern is also payment, I essentially have to trust the other party to ship it off once paid.
