Person dressed in bear costume to fake attacks on cars for insurance payout, California officials say - eviltoast
Video was submitted to the insurance company that alleged to show the animal enter the car in Lake Arrowhead, but officials said it was a person in a bear suit.

“There are bears at Lake Arrowhead and in the San Bernardino Mountains, which is a forested range about 60 miles northeast of Los Angeles, but they don’t wear costumes.”

    So Step 1 in the insurance scam, buy a bear suit. Step 2, buy a Rolls Royce. See already it’s already way out of my budget. I guess that’s why they say it takes money to make money.
