    You’ve described some pretty shitty practices. This seems like a company people shouldn’t support with their money. Obviously their base wasn’t too upset over said practices or else they would have moved on to a competitor.

    I don’t use Apple products, so I couldn’t care less about this, I’m just saying people had options. I prefer people help solve their problems rather then requiring government intervention, but whatever.

    Also, be careful with the word “need”. You don’t need a phone to get by. It just makes life more convenient. I could put my phone down for a month and not much would change. Still go to work, grocery store, social activities, family stuff, chill at home, etc…
