I can easily get 2 days out of my SE2, I suspect it’d go 3 if I wasn’t doing much those 3 days.

I love my SE, the cellular stuff would be nice I guess but it’s almost unheard of for me to be without my phone and watch at the same time. The rest of the features I have no use for anyway.

There is an Apple Music app for Android, they will need to install it first then it will work just fine.
