“Illegally buying a firearm”… My brother in christ, I literally know 10 people who did the exact same thing, because cannabis is legal in my state, and they lied on the 4473 to pass the background check.
The Reich Wingers never needed an excuse for corruption so far. What makes you think they need one now?
Nobody cares if the “Dems should and could be better than the GOP”… We literally are demanding our Dem reps fight against this for us, and thus far, they refused. And still do. This is Biden just looking after Biden, which, frankly, is par for the course in US politics.
The Reich Wingers already did this exact thing, in Trump’s last term.
Its a check on the judicial branch, by the executive. Thats why.
Sadly, there’s very few checks on the executive branch. And fewer every day, given the SCOTUS.
Literally, no sane person would care if Trump was killed for his crimes against the people of the US, or crimes against the people of the globe.
War sucks, and people die. He chose to wage war on the working class.

1·3 hours agoNo, its just being a realist. Trump owns the federal courts, since he can just appeal to his hand selected SCOTUS. Who have already ruled everything Trump does is legal.
I’d love to stick to the non-illicit sales, however, they banned everything except “Knock off tobacco flavor” which was deemed “safe” by the FDA at the behest of Tobacco industry lobbyists.
I’ll take my “unknown risks” over “known risks of lung cancer, throat cancer, and COPD”… Because as of now, I’m breathing better, and am in better shape now that I gave up combustion of tobacco excepting in a blunt.
Which, interestingly enough, is another area I prefer the “illicit sales” than the “legal sales”… Cannabis in NYS has a shite legal market, and a really good “illicit market”.
They’ll keep the ban. Because they need to protect the tobacco industry.
I buy my vapes in “illicit sales”, and I’m very much an adult. I just prefer it to knock-off tobacco flavors. And, frankly, there’s no real way for me to quit nicotine at this time.
I like nicotine. I don’t like the lung cancer, is all.
