I started the process of upgrading from a Roku TV by purchasing an Apple TV to give me more time to wait for TVs to go on sale and came to a similar conclusion.

Now I look at smart TVs as simply TVs again.

I guess ~25% is a steep discount, but if you plan on even demoing Arcade or keeping it for more than a year or two, 64GB is probably going to disappoint.

You mean Apple didn’t just call it quits when ARM had a bad quarter or two over the course of 25 years? /s
