Yuuup. At the data centers I’ve been to in VA, there are smaller buildings peppered in which house small businesses. Bet your ass all it takes is a little gyro shop to qualify as sharing the infrastructure.

If phytoplankton didn’t exist, the things removing pure 02 from the ocean through respiration would die. In which case, the ocean would reach O2 solubility equilibrium at a fraction of a percent of atmospheric O2 and would stop uptaking it because there’s nothing left to continue converting it to CO2.

I have confirmed it - it’s how I run all my services

It’s more like 50-60% and it depends on who’s doing the breathing - the vast majority of O2 generated by phytoplankton doesn’t become atmospheric O2 - it stays in the ocean. So yeah, us terrestrials would see terrestrial 02 producers as our glam rock stars.
That they’re not even on the Trump/Epstein Island leaderboard

Depends on your config, I’m just doing DNS (proxied). So you hit my nginx and that’s where the cert is provided.

Why not handle certs on your end and just use CF for proxy? I use NPM for cert automation with CF proxying. It’s honestly ridiculous easy and I’ve had no issues.
Every little bit counts.
The only way we change things is fewer billionaires - which can be done. The power imbalance is too shot at this point.
Or that even if you order directly from their site, the order is still fulfilled by Amazon. My partner actually don’t try any more because we’ve recently given up after trying for too long, paying more, and still ending up giving money to Amazon.
Don’t fucking blame us for billionaires rigging the system.

I’ve also had a great experience with Nobara. I did try Bazzite, but the immutable nature of it stopped me from doing the things I’m used on Linux. However, I’ve got my partner on Nobara as well, and she’s verrry much not techy and still having a great experience.

Wellll… yes, but actually maybe. Nvidia support on Linux is there, but it’s essentially black box drivers and therefore hard to address issues around them when they arise, and they do. It’s a lot more finicky.
Edit: Plus, Nvidia drops Linux support for older video cards that still work (like the 10 series), so the distros effectively need to drop support as well.

There’s a bit of this in the ffxiv community as well. Especially in the RP community, you’ll have people who use incel language also looking for ‘F+’ interactions. I just have a hard time wrapping my head around that worldview.
RAM manufacturers were colluding to keep prices high, as I recall. There were convictions.
Edit: Back when governments actually did anything about all this bullshit. Ah those were the days.
Edit edit: Hooooly cripes. This should just about tell you all you need to know about how shitty corpos are: On 5 April 2006, Sun Woo Lee, Senior Manager of DRAM at Samsung Electronics, entered into a plea bargain with the US Government for his involvement in the price fixing conspiracy. Following the plea agreement he was sentenced to 8 months in prison and fined US$250,000. Lee was subsequently promoted to President of Samsung Germany in 2009, and then President of Samsung Europe in 2014.
Conviction = promotion if you made the company money
