Planes offer transportation that is unmatched by other means. Also most humans don’t travel by plane and the one who do are not regular flyers as in every day or every week like rape transportation. There are very few people in the pamner wh ok travel by plane all the time. Maybe those people should reconsider their choices as commercial airlines have democratized to a degree the ability for the masses to travel instead of just being a luxury just for the rich and ultra rich. The Elons of the world should definitely travel less by plane or plain out disappear from society but long distance travel by plane I think is a marvelous thing of the modern era and their impact on pollution is minor in comparison to cars. Maybe r restricting plane travel to big planes moving lots of people over hundred or thousands of small plains with few people aboard that coud have taken a regular transportation plane

This book is very well written but I disagreed completely with the premise. I believe is true that we don’t choose to be born. We’re forced into existence kicking and screaming but that’s the nature of being. We are born we grow up we procreate and then we die. Some of us don’t procreate by choice but I feel the desire to have offspring is innate to being alive. Some people and beings have a stronger desiree than others, and there’s nothing wrong on following through and cires related to the suffering we impar into our offspring is not reason not to do it. Just like children’s role is not to take care of their parents when they’re old. All things considered, this is quite a philosophical debate.
This book is so beautiful and sad. Everyone should read it

I’m not anti democracy I just think a version of this ideals already showed up in that society with Sankara and he got murdered. I think the forces of democracy actually end up backfiring and the victims become anti democratic given the violent way they’re “democratized” also France has taken advantage of Burkina Faso for so many years by imposing the euro to their economy at fixed rates, and robbing their gold. At this point, they have tried the western ways, and the only thing that’s truly stupid is trying something twice that you know doesn’t work for you.

I love kagi and I’m questioning if my level of commitment is to renew for another year and year after that. I find pricey but worth it. The Internet is better without ads being pushed down your throat. The only thing that’d make it perfect is having map service to Google level. Open street maps is not there yet but is a fun time mapping my surroundings, however the level of usefulness of Google maps is still unmatched for me. Otherwise, Kagi has been amazing and I recommend them, I hope they trigger true competition in the search markets because when the search engines work for ads instead of people the Internet is so much worse
