What?! It’s crazy not to be able to notice that kind of assault on skin. Maniacs.

I’m the type of guy to say we ought to show the goodness of humanity even to our most evil members. But I’m not one to say you’re unjustified for any actions you take when that evil is right in front you, murdering a child. I won’t call your answer good, but I won’t call it wrong either.
I dunno how true your claim is. I’ve seen a lot of UAP footage, as well as tons of claims from people in passing that they’ve seen something. Hell, my partner has a couple stories of her own.
I can’t speak on the legitimacy of the footage or claims (I tend to assume it’s bullshit, but I’ve an open mind), but I can say there was a period of time where I saw 10s of reports a week, oftentimes the same event being documented by different people from multiple angles. I’m assuming you must be referring to official reports or something, but unofficial reports are still reports, so…

1·18 hours agoLol yeah? And? Not every comment has to be filled with insight. You can find ideology all over the place. What you’re describing is something that humans just do, anywhere there’s a line in the sand to be drawn. It’s amplified online. It just is what it is. I don’t see how this is uniquely leftist, nor what you expect to be done about it besides, like, a moderator for every interaction involving two people who disagree with each other and don’t want to bother going into ideals? This is hardly the forum.

15·2 days agoThese days, it’s used for emphasis to make sure you’re properly upset about it. Try using it in a context where age doesn’t matter, and you see how much implied severity it can add.
“I saw you speaking to a girl. What’s up with that?”
vs
“I saw you speaking to an underage girl. What’s up with that?”
One of them sounds much more like a crime.
This on a post about doing the dishes. 10/10
This 100%. It’s the only demographic that can do any heavy lifting if we’re talking raw manpower, and they’re currently being heavily courted by fascists and death cults. That tide needs to turn.

2·13 days agoThat last point is where any hope I could’ve had dies. The will of capitalism is, apparently, stronger than our will to survive. We will not stop burning fossil fuels until the people who profit off of them burn first.
I’m a smug dickhead, but usually when I make that mistake, it’s because swype doesn’t know which “your” I meant, and I fail to catch the mis-swype. Same with “too/to”. And, weirdly, “me/Mr”. It’s actually a pretty common occurrence, and it’s a huge pain point.
Right? I’ve literally never been a child. This whole meme might as well be alien gibberish.
I tend to agree. I would just like if a certain type of person didn’t have the kind of power that destroys the environment and worsens lives for ends that only serve to benefit that same type of person. How that happens doesn’t matter to me, but assassins would be quick and final. Collective action from the people would make me feel better for the future though.
I fruck out about it the first 10 or so times I found out about these things, but it doesn’t hit the same after a while. This is just what the US is. I vote, I speak my mind, I engage in a little domestic terrorism, but ultimately I don’t have enough power to change things in my lifetime. I’m crossing my fingers for an organized network of assassins with a conscience to materialize.

But this…this is depressing. It’s just useless noise telling you what to buy. There’s no hope in this. Only loss.
