Current best practice in cybersecurity is to not arbitrarily ask users to change passwords every x days, so any site doing this are following old guidelines.

9·9 months agoI tried all sorts of loud alarms, moving my alarm on top of a book shelf. Nothing worked, except an alarm that required some mental load. Found an app which let me set a challenge, solve some math sort numbers, that solved it for me. I am sure there are many options so feel free to pick what you like, but I use the app “I can’t wake up” on Android. Started with the free version for years but paid for it a couple of years ago as it has helped me so much.

29·2 years agoI can’t be bothered to watch any series on netflix that are not finished with a proper ending for this exact reason. Fuck them for not giving shows actual endings and just cancelling them.
