Hell, I live in a huge city and don’t have many other options. Most of the independent stores here are focused on specific topics instead of just general fiction. Either that or they aren’t anywhere near me, which sucks in a city with crazy traffic.

It’s like he’s so close to sounding like a good, decent human being… and then he has his wife go do that shit at the end.
A) She should have never called it a term that has that much meaning behind it.
B) She should have maybe waited to hear some facts before speaking about it.
The prosecutors in every single one of the MANY cases against him fucked up royally every step of the way. How can so many people make so many mistakes? I mean, even though they were up against judges who were actively trying to fuck them, they should have ended these cases a year ago.
Wait a second. You would assume the person votes for Biden/Harris because they support Israel while trying to keep Israel under control. You don’t assume the person voted for the person who said he wants Israel to “finish the job” and enacted a Muslim travel ban?
Are you really that stupid? Or are you just trying to make a political point?
Man I loved that movie as a kid. I’ve been afraid to go back and watch it as an adult.
Oh, let’s see… maybe because there’s a vast gulf in the perceived power and responsibility between a governor and a president?
In five elections, Democrats voted in the same numbers for 4 of the 5 candidates and WAY higher for the 5th. I’ll let you figure out the common theme among the first 4 candidates.
As far as your points:
Yes she did.
Neither did Trump.
Trump said he’d do more.
So did Trump.
This is fair.
Circling back: if the difference isn’t that much between her and Biden (per your argument), why did he get SO MANY MORE votes? 69M, 65M, 65M, 81M, 69M. Only one of those 5 numbers is votes for the white man.

Growing up I had two molars removed to make room for my teeth to move backward with braces. The orthodontist said my teeth were too big for my mouth and that I needed the extra space. Literally every dentist I’ve been to over the 30 years since then has asked why I didn’t have those molars. I always tell them, and they always say it doesn’t make sense. I’m guessing my family got “up-sold.”
I don’t wish any negative effects to all the people in Gaza and the West Bank. I do, however, wish that the people who voted for Trump have to experience the kind of pain that the people in Gaza and the West Bank will experience under Trump. All these fuckers are safe over here and won’t have to endure the kind of torture that voting in Trump will bring.
They protest voted against Harris because she personally wasn’t stopping a war she had no power to stop, with the only alternative being the guy who will accelerate that war. They deserve everything that comes to them while I laugh in their fucking faces (at the same time crying actual tears for the victims of their betrayal over in Gaza).
I hope that every single time they answer any question during these trials that they mention they were following Trump’s plan.
“We ran into unpredicted resistance while following President Trump’s evacuation plan.”
“While following President Trump’s withdrawal plan, numerous difficulties cropped up that needed to be overcome.”
Phil?! Phil Conners?!
I’m waiting for those workplaces to get fined or sanctioned… still waiting. Hmmm, I wonder why corporations, who are people by law, aren’t being targeted in the same way as humans for the same crime.
So something did precipitate this attack, and the media never reported on that. It only reported on what happened after.
Yes, some people completely uninvolved with the initial provocation got attacked, but the point is the attack wasn’t just some anti-Semitic pogrom. Also, the bigger point is the media reported on one thing with a very specific slant and didn’t report the other thing at all.
As soon as I read the initial headlines all over every media outlet I went to see if anything precipitated the attacks, because I had a feeling this wasn’t unprovoked.
I don’t support violence against anyone, but I sure wouldn’t paint this as an anti-Semitic attack. This was a group of hooligans who instigated the whole situation and got what they asked for.
Currently reading One Dark Window, the first book in the Shepherd King series by Rachel Gillig. It’s fun and interesting, with a good magic system. The romance aspect is a little obvious and over-done at times, though.
I really liked Eyes of the Dragon when I read it 30 years ago. It was fun and different from his other works. It was maybe the second fantasy book I ever read, so the new type of world was eye opening to me at the time. Not sure how I’d like it now, but I really enjoyed it then.
They will just blame any and all negative repercussions on liberals and immigrants, continuing to vote in people who destroy their lives.
Wait till you hear about the farming that happens in Phoenix and then shipped to China.
I try to, but there aren’t any near me. I resort to ordering from Powells or picking up from BN in person. I used to buy used from ABE books, but they got bought by Amazon.
