I have a lot of emulators on mine I recommend lemuroid as a gateway app it does most older systems and many of the arcade machines of my youth. Assuming you legally own the roms of course.

I find a cheap Bluetooth controller works a lot better than the touchscreen though.

Lemm.ee was my second account when I realised lemmy.world was swamped, I’ve tried a lot of instances since honestly and nearly all of them fold or become unresponsive.

I’ll be sad to see lemm.ee go as it was undoubtedly my best backup instance and very reliable. Even the one I’m on now isn’t as reliable but I use it as a primary but it does vanish a lot for no reason.

Kind of feel now I need to find a new backup but I’m not hopefull of finding one as good as lemm.ee.

They already exist though look into a brand like cottonelle.

They can make what looks like plastic carrier bags that dissolve in water now so the manufacturers could I suspect make dissolvable wipes but will probably only do it when forced by law.

I’m aware there are maybe one or two brands that already do this (or claim to at least) but they all need to be doing it.

To be fair that’s the way to get back a lot more than Trumps tarrifs. The Us exports way more media than they import.

Its also the approach I’d take if I was in charge but hitting every American company.

I’ve had a few with them they worked brilliantly, you can still get them from makes like Honor, Xiaomi, Poco and Oneplus.

Those are the well known brands but I think a lot of small less known brands add them as well even seen a phone with a Flir camera.

I think it’s dodgy as well I’d been job searching and I guess I accidently linked Google somehow, so now the sites completely ignoring the details I gave it and insists on sending everything to my Gmail instead of Proton which I actually ditched Gmail for.

Yet they only ever recommend things you have already watched, if there was a real alternative I think YouTube would die very quickly.
