1 year agoReturn definitely. Nothing you can do about it yourself without having to open up the entire phone which is a LOT of work. Best just to get a replacement.

Did you have the iPhone on low power mode? I ‘believe’ that maybe disconnects it if you lock the screen. At least it used to.
