I only remember that Double Tap Is a feature when I see a Reddit topic about it. At least 90% of the time, my watch sits on my wrist and I never interact with it.
Rarely. Always forget about it even being a thing. When I remember, it can pull up the “dock” widget that has the three apps I use in it. Haven’t used it for anything else.
An app to let you watch YouTube videos on your watch screen.
Use it all the time myself. I am a very big old school Disney fan.

Never wore a watch before 2019. Only wear the Apple Watch for its health tracking and heart rate alarms.
I have mine in a case that also holds an AirTag. Precision finding and it’s a bit more comfortable in my hand.
I just use their specific App. I think it works with Next Up in the TV app still. I don’t use that function though.
