I wouldn’t get my hopes up. These guys knew that they were being sent to their deaths and they still obeyed the order. The Russian mindset is hard to comprehend.

You only need the fob to start the car in most cases. The car will display a warning that it’s not detected but you can still drive it.
Mitsubishi made such cool cars in the 80s and 90s. It’s one of the saddest downfalls of a car manufacturer imo.
