If I remember correctly, this supply-and-demand-curves-that-meet-at-equilibrium model of supply and demand isn’t scientific because the curves are unobservable in practice.

Someone should redo it, it would be fun. Maybe expand it like have a “control” post to compare the 2 posts to, and have more comparisons between posts referencing capitalist vs socialist country.
