For techy people, sure. But in 90% of cases, people moving from Windows are looking for as little a paradigm-shift as they have to endure. I’m sure most regular Linux-users wouldn’t disagree that other distros are cool, but telling someone “use this thing it’s literally nothing like anything you know” is not going to get many takers from the population of people who just want their tech to do everyday stuff.
I get panicky at most interview questions, but this is an awkward one. My response tends to be “these were my last 2-3 significant positions and these are details I personally want to highlight about them”. Maybe followed by 1-2 sentences most about vaguely relevant non-work things.
As a question, obviously give a general overview, but mostly you should take it as your opportunity to shoehorn in details of whatever you actually want the employer to know.
