Wait, is that Elvis?

Wait, is that Elvis?

Grape deboner, a thankless job… :(

Did you know that 2017 is closer to the fall of Troy than it is to today?
(Edit: I looked it up, and it seems that it isn’t true)

Bonian.

Sure.
All you have to do is write all the programs you need. You get an editor and a web browser to get you started!

I used to copy Apple II games, and they ran in 48k and often shared a floppy. Some even did vector graphics, which was kind of like deep black magic back then. The Amiga (which could actually do graphics properly) people will tell you similar stories.

That AI ought to be stuck on a floppy for a few years to teach it some manners.

Me, watching at the pages upon pages of games I haven’t even touched yet in my collection… Even if half of them are complete duds, and half of what’s left is kind of meh, I’ve got enough to be entertained forever even if all gaming studios vanish overnight.

Aren’t they worried that the bazillion of SpaceX satellites will cast shadows on their light beams?

Well, it’s true that if you need to illuminate a site for two and a half minutes but can’t build anything on the ground, it’s a great solution. Is it the best solution? Maybe not. Is it a solution? You bet it is.

It was you!

The ash of an ex vampire maybe? Sealed in a little bottle so it doesn’t accidentally reconstitute.

Maybe if he sold tickets to shoot at it?
“Try to hit Charlie” 25 dollars / shot at 100m.

The illumination would last only a few minutes at one location before the mirror required repointing. Reflect Orbital says the technology could extend solar power production after sunset, illuminate construction areas and assist rescue teams working in darkness.
Flare guns already do this for a lot cheaper. They even come in a choice of colours.
Just bend over until your hair touches the floor.

Should be ready for prime time Real Soon Now™.

Just put them in space, that way they’ll be right next to all the datacenters that Musk will be building there. It’s much more convenient!

With 30watts, you can power the electrical lighter to light a fire. Or something like that.

it gets limited to something like 720p in the browser
I think that depends on the browser (for reasons that I never really looked into). Some do 720p (I think that’s Firefox), some do ~1k (the Chrome based ones), maybe more.
Oh, right. That’s fine then.
