4e Revised is completely compatible with 4e. Som wording has changed to fit more contemporary sensitivities, the layout is changed to two columns for better readability and there’s a few rules that originated in supplements added to the end. They even made sure the page references for rules stayed the same apparently.

Though I understand for gender, I think a lot of those depend a lot on the setting.

So I haven’t bought it yet… The only game I think I’ll run is Eat the Reich and the bundle is basically the cost of the print version.
