Is Ukraine the top priority? Or is defeating Israel the top priority? And who’s going to defeat Israel if not Iran? Turkey? Sharaa in Syria - who has declared his intention to normalize with Israel? Who?
I would. It’s important to have a country in the region that checks Israel’s power and deters its aggression.

I disagree. I think he’s sincere when he calls killing children evil, and that’s good. And I thought his interview with Munther Isaac was very important for breaking conservatives out of the “all Arabs are crazy Muslim and want to kill me” false belief, even if it did focus on the sufferings of the small minority of Palestinian Christians.
I don’t agree with everything he’s ever said or will say, he may say things I the future I have serious disagreements with. But I think the genocide in Gaza is the most pressing moral issue of our time, and am willing to build a big tent coalition to stop it and hold Israel responsible. I am also a big admirer of Hezbollah, who are very socially conservative, for what it’s worth.

AIPAC is bipartisan, so I can be bipartisan too. I try to seek out and include conservative voices that are critical of Israel, and amplify the isolationist wing of the Republican party that opposes wars in the Middle East. I especially appreciate Tucker calling the killing of Palestinian civilians “evil”.

Most Zionist organizations strongly assert the unity between Judaism and Zionism. Consider the following polling from Jewish Majority, a Zionist organization, asserting that 70% of Jews believe that anti-Zionism is antisemitic by definition (and this making Jewish Voice for Peace an antisemitic organization) [1], 76% believe that anti-Israel protests on college campuses were antisemitic [1], 88% of leaders of Jewish organizations consider the campus protests antisemitic [2], and 80% of American Jews oppose suspension of arms shipments as a political tool [3].
The paradox is thus: is this polling accurate? Either these Zionist organizations are lying about their polling data, or a supermajority of Jews indeed have a strong loyalty to Israel. Which is it?
